Ms. Bhavisha Pankhania

My name is Bhavisha, I’ve recently joined a beautiful project close to my heart called Relaxation and Enlightenment. This project is hosted by (HACOT).
Super excited to meet you all and share my love of yoga and meditation with you.I am a teacher of yoga, meditation and other forms of healing. I was first drawn to yoga due to the influence it had on the lives of my family members, with several instructors in the fold, the attraction was always there, but the discipline was lacking. I needed to discover the art and lifestyle for myself, and once I did, my life changed forever. Its been 14 years now since I started walking this path of healing. The more I learnt about and integrated these beautiful practices into my daily life, the clearer it was to me that I found my purpose. To share my knowledge and experience with all those who seek it, to help that reflects our own image back at us as who we truly are and is the process that allows us to work on ourselves in the most healthy, nurturing way. All too often it is covered with the dust of conditioning, of emotion, and without a tool to help us in polishing it we can keep searching for ourselves, never really finding healing.

I believe yoga and meditation is that tool.

Through body awareness, mindfulness, self introspection and consistent practice we can find freedom from constraints and become who we are truly meant to be. It’s good to have you here. I look forward to meeting you very soon.

Peace. Passion. Purpose
Love and light to all

Bhavisha

Ms. Miti Shah

Just as a flower needs sunlight and water to grow… The Soul needs the right nurturing, wisdom and guidance to slowly unfold…
Yoga is the greatest gift that I have ever received. A gift that I would love to share with you. I have been practising yoga for over 25 years and have been teaching since 2009. It has now become a way of life for me. It has given me, amongst many other things, an abundance of joy, peace, calmness, physical, mental and emotional strength, confidence and a better understanding of Who I Am. I have received over 700 hours of formal yoga teacher training. This includes qualifying in Classical Yoga with the Bushey School of Yoga in 2009 and subsequent qualifications at the Gold and Advanced Platinum Levels with Chi Kri Yoga.
In 2017 Chi Kri Yoga gave my husband and me the unprecedented honour of training the next generation of teachers to the Chi Kri Gold Standard. 23 beautiful souls graduated in March 2019, after receiving more than 20 months of intense training.
As a teacher, my classes are very special and so are all of my students. I pride myself on being trustworthy, empathetic and a very good listener. As my student, you will be cared for and treated with the utmost respect. You will not be judged, but listened to and guided through your personal growth with compassion. Please click here to find out more about me. https://yogawithmandm.com/bio/
